~ About the Cemetery Data Preservation Project ~
This project was donated
to the Sandy Basin DAR by "Dickenson County Gal,"
with earlier data being gathered by her. Anyone
wishing to document a Dickenson County cemetery to be listed
here, please email the data, along with road numbers, directions
or GPS coordinates to: dar@peggykeen.com.
You may also submit up to five photos of the cemetery.
These may, or may not be added, depending on space and
time contraints. If the name of a particular cemetery is
unclear, we will call the cemetery by the surname of the
most graves in it. Any notes appearing in parenthesis were
added by the person documenting the cemetery.
The NSDAR, state organizations, individual
DAR Chapter or Chapters, or any Volunteer providing data
for this project shall not be held responsible for any errors
of information provided.
